Come January each year, Godin Guitars prepares itself to head to sunny Anaheim, CA to unleash its new guitars onto the throngs of dealers, magazines and visitors who flock to the Anaheim Convention center for the exciting, 4 day musical circus known as Winter NAMM.

Unveiling the new models and organizing such an event is no small task. But once again the Godin family pulled together for a truly stellar showing at this years NAMM show. The booth was buzzing with activity and the tremendous response we received from those who visited the room was fantastic... to say the least. From the vintage tone and looks of the new Godin 5th Avenue to the Passion RG-3 which is the ultimate guitar for the Single-coil obsessed, room 211A was abound with all kinds of new toys for a variety of steel and nylon string players to drool over.

Available in Black, Cognacburst and Natural, the 5th Avenue greated the visitors at the entrance with a vintage 50's vibe.
The Godin A-series continued to please at this years show with the A11 Glissentar, A6 Ultra, A8 mandolin and A-series basses with 13-pin capabilities.
New aesthetic refinements on the Godin Redline1 models were a hit! Check out the new Red Flame...Sweet!
This year also marked the introduction of the Godin Passion RG-3 guitars. A dream guitar for Single-coil lovers and a true work of art.

The Canadian made Passion RG-3 is crafted in a secluded area of the factory called the Godin Premier Atelier, where 3 select lutheirs meticulously build each model.

This is the Passion RG-3 featuring a Canadian hard Cedar body and Mahogany top. Fine details such as the inlay pickguard, smoked binding and custom Godin GS-3 single-coils with extra large pole pieces truely set these models apart.

The Multiac Spectrum features a new wider body design, a Seymour Duncan Lipstick pickup and 13-pin capabilities.
The custom preamp on the Multiac Spectrum allows for onboard control of treble, mid, bass as well as a slider for synth volume and acoustic blend. Seperate volume and tone controls for the Lipstick pickup can also be conveniently found on the side of Spectrum.
The Godin Velocity was the first model to be introduced with High-Definition Revoicer system this past year. The H.D.R. revoices each pickup and allows you to go from Passive to Active with the push of a button.

The classic Godin LG SP90 and LG HB also got a face lift for this years NAMM show. Now featuring cream binding and Flame tops. Available in Trans Black and Cherry Burst.

Only the highest grade tone woods are used. This model features a rich mahogany top and a Canadian hard Cedar body. Each body has 5 Synchronised Resonance Chambers, individually tuned for optimal vibration. The Passion RG-3's acoustic properties make it an incredible resonant guitar.
