For new models, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Godin Guitars will cover return shipping costs only if the item does not match the one ordered or if it arrived damaged during shipping. Please note that our B-Stock instruments are sold as final sale items and are neither refundable nor returnable, except in cases of concealed defects. For all return inquiries, please contact limited@godinguitars.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning the instrument. Kindly note that there is no shipping service available from Friday to Sunday inclusively.
