G. Toufexis –
This is a beautiful little travel guitar. Comes with excellent electronics and a great gig bag. However, there is no mention on this website that the guitar is made in China, not Canada. After we received the guitar, we reached out to customer service to ask why the guitar was not manufactured in Canada (as expected from Godin). We received a quick response and were told that “A&L Natural and Light Burst series models were manufactured in China during the pandemic. At the time, our factories were closed most of the time and we simply ran out of inventory.” This was a satisfactory and very reasonable explanation, but we would have appreciated knowing this before purchase.
