At Godin Guitars, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, or if the items you received were damaged during shipping, please contact us for a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days of delivery. Please note that Godin will not cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as Shipping Damage, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders.
Godin will not be held responsible for items that are mistakenly ordered, such as small-sized gig bags for large guitars. If you have any concerns about the compatibility of a product, such as a guitar case, please contact our Product Specialists in Customer Service for information prior to placing your order.
For any inquiries or to request a Return Authorization (RA), please contact Godin Customer Service at info@godinguitars.com. Our Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm (ET). Please have your proof-of-purchase and serial number (if applicable) on hand.
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ship the items securely in their original packaging, if possible. All returned products must be in good condition to be eligible for a refund, except in cases of items damaged during shipping.
Before returning your item, please remove any extra labels from the outside of the package.
Include a printed copy of the email reply sent regarding your return, together with the items order number, date of purchase, and your contact information.
Return Shipping Instructions:
- For returns within Canada, please ship using a traceable method like UPS or Canada Post, and ensure the shipment is pre-paid.
- For returns within the USA, shipments must be sent Free Domicile via UPS. Godin Guitars will not accept returns sent by any other method.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees added to your purchase are non-refundable unless authorized by Godin Guitars prior to their return. For items purchased from a Godin-Authorized Dealer, we recommend that returns are made to the point of purchase. Most issues can be handled by the dealer. If you are unable to contact the dealer, please reach out to Godin Customer Service.
