The Lerxst Grace, the signature guitar of Alex Lifeson by Godin Guitars, pays tribute to an iconic era in Lifeson’s career, Grace Under Pressure. This modern version of the Hentor Sportscaster combines the timeless appeal of Alex’s original guitar with the finest contemporary materials and components, offering an instrument that respects its roots while looking resolutely to the future. The Grace was designed with the precision of Godin lutherie and Alex’s personal specifications, making this guitar a refined choice for today’s musicians. Featuring a contoured swamp ash body for optimum comfort, the guitar features a maple neck with a 12” radius ebony fingerboard, accompanied by stainless steel medium frets for smooth, intuitive playability. True to the original, the Grace’s HSS pickup configuration is based on specially designed Mojotone pickups that meet Alex’s exacting requirements, guaranteeing a balanced, clear sound at any setting. Guitarists can choose between a Floyd Rose or Vega Trem tremolo system, coupled with 18:1 locking mechanics, ensuring exceptional tuning stability and expressive performance. Each Lerxst Grace guitar is signed by Alex Lifeson himself and comes with a top-of-the-range hard case, making it not only an exceptional guitar, but also a true collector’s item. Designed to excel in all musical genres and to enhance the playing of demanding guitarists, the Lerxst Grace redefines classic style for a new generation. Handcrafted in Canada, this guitar pays tribute to the Canadian roots of Alex Lifeson and Godin Guitars, offering a unique opportunity to own a priceless instrument.

Build quality Japanese American.
Esthetics top.
Functionality high end.
Amazing neck, fingerboard, floyd rose tremolo.
Powerful pickups.
Humbucker 1st position.
Middle and neck single coil together 2nd position.
Only neck single coil 3rd position.
Outstanding sound quality due to best possible woods used, large neck, and quite big body.
Power chords, chords and single notes very clear, dynamic and easy to hear and distinguish one sound from each other even in large chords.
Very expressive, and easy to play instrument.
Great success, I am happy that I am part of it.

I purchased this guitar not knowing what to expect upon arrival. I was NOT disappointed. For those of you that think this is too expensive, reconsider. this thing is amazing. Thank you Alex!
Lee Keeley –
Just received Grace #21. and I love it! it sounds great, very versatile, and the finish is stunning! I own a couple Alex Lifeson’s actual Signature Guitar Co. Aurora models he used in the late 80s (the 1st prototype Alex named “Handsome Panther” & the 3rd Prototype) and the Grace feels and plays better (they are different guitars!)! I’d love to know the production figures for the Grace, are you only producing 100 copies in total production or is it just 100 Signed copies?
Merci Godin and Thanks Alex….this is a great addition to me collection!

Thank you for your message and for your enthusiasm for the Grace #21! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying it.
To answer your question, there were 100 signed copies of each model in the Grace series. These limited editions feature Alex Lifeson’s signature and are individually numbered.
Thanks again for your support, and congratulations on your impressive collection!
Andrew Philips –
Thats wierd coincidence, its like a hybrid of gutars I make from way back in the 80s and 90s with swamp ash, floyd rose, and ebony fretboard, and humbucker in bridge, but may be diferent sound, not familiar with that model pickup. And I used to listen to a lot of Rush in those days. Probably a big fretboard radius and fret size.

I was lucky enough to buy #16 with the floyd rose and it’s by far the best guitar I’ve ever played. The build is amazing as is the neck. I own Gibson LP, 80’s Kramer and Ibanez and none of these even come close to this tone monster! Worth every penny!
