The Multiac Grand Concert Deluxe offers a degree of sophistication and performance like no other in the realm of modern nylon guitars. This guitar represents a truly visionary Godin design, along with the culmination of a close collaboration with LR Baggs to develop a truly cutting-edge Custom Voiced preamp system. The Grand Concert Deluxe offers an acoustic sound from the bridge saddles that is crisp and clear, and the possibility to blend the Lyric mic for a tone that is pristine and able to capture the most musical and airy subtleties within the notes. Not to mention, the Lyric Mic allows the guitar’s top to come to life for highly touch-sensitive percussive tapping and rhythms; perfect for Flamenco and all other flamboyant nylon-playing styles. Much like other Multiac models, the Deluxe provides a uniquely chambered design that is free of feedback, which enables the player to play freely and in control—even in the noisiest live environments. Other notable key features include a Two-Chambered Solid Mahogany Body, Solid Cedar Top, Richlite Bridge and Fretboard, a 2-inch Graphtech™ Nut, and a shimmering High-Gloss Natural Finish. This guitar brings the best of you in the studio, live, and even unplugged at home. Other multiac SAs are great too, but this one is quite unique in the Godin line. The only con is the cheap plastic cover for the battery compartment, which has broken on the two multiac I own… This is still a premium 5-star instrument!

I purchased a Multiac Grand Concert Deluxe a few months ago from Long and McQuade; my second Multiac in two years. This guitar is absolutely amazing!… Fast, fluid, and clear playability… and the tones are rich and warm. My playing was instantly 25% better! Do yourself a favour and check one out. PS (to the GODIN family) Hoping you will make a wide neck electric guitar one day, for those of us with large hands. I could add it to my Multiac Grand Concert Deluxe and Maritime SWS Natural AE, and be done with purchasing outside of Canada. Thanks!

Fantastic top-quality instrument. Versatile and great nylon tones, EQ is very wide and responsive, love the ability to blend the pickups, for us that switch between standard classicals and electrics, this is perfect. Amplified the array of tones is very natural and tweakable, great neck, easy to play,bravo! The only change I would make is to add a built-in tuner.

I bought it a few weeks ago and I can confirm that it has clear advantages for recording compared to a traditional acoustic or classical guitar. It eliminates all the problems of using external microphones (feedback, adjusting distances, etc.). In short, this is the instrument I needed!. Furthermore, its advanced and highly ergonomic design, the texture of the fretboard, and improved weight distribution make it much easier to play.

I agree, would be nice to have a wooden battery cover. An inbuilt tuner a plus, but not needful as such.
