Thirty years ago, we introduced the Multiac Nylon SA, which quickly became a worldwide success and the flagship instrument of Godin Guitars. Since then, we have continued to innovate in order to offer multiple versions of the Multiac to satisfy the maximum number of musicians on the planet. For 2023, we are extremely proud to introduce the new Godin Multiac Mundial. Available in a variety of colors, the Multiac Mundial is manufactured in our Canadian factories with the same high standards as our other instruments. A more modern and stylish variation of our other Multiacs, this nylon string guitar is the result of years of research and development. The Multiac Mundial is distinguished by the wood used (Silver Leaf Maple body, Cedar top, and Spanish Cedar neck), making it an ultra-light instrument, ideal for stage musicians or travelers. The Godin Double Source Custom preamp, the same as on the Encore models, allows you to mix the undersaddle pickup with the sensors in the guitar for maximum versatility. To achieve the most natural acoustic sound possible, we’ve returned to our hollow-body design, so the guitar is lighter, breathes, and resonates without feedback. I couldn’t be happier with my Godin Multiac Mundial. As a jazz player, I was looking for a high-quality guitar that didn’t break the bank, and this one exceeded my expectations. Its versatility is amazing whether I’m playing a jazz gig or recording an acoustic set, it always sounds fantastic. I changed the strings to a lighter set, but thats personal preference..

Once, I was playing my guitar locally, at that point, I had more than 14y of experience with guitars, I went to multiple guitar stores, hand-crafted as well, and nobody was able to archieve the sound you guys put into Godin, my last name is Godinez and I fell related to Godin guitars, I tried: Tylor, Guibson and all type of electro-acoustic and Godin was always the best. I remember when I first met Godin, it was another day playing for a group of costumers at CANDOMBE perez zeledon, where I live and one old guy came with one Multiact, he showed me the guitar and said: I want you to play this especific song called “cerrado por derribo” of Juaquin Sabina and when I plugged the guitar, it was just amazing, no dirt sound, no delays of sound, premium sound, then I played severals songs with that guitar, it was a good session and I want to know, how can I buy one of these.
