Hello.
I have an RMC Polydrive IV Jack Card in my Godin grand concert sa guitar. the metal nut where the jack goes in (the screw nut that secures the jack socket and the card) has somehow been removed and lost. No matter how much I searched for it in my country (turkey), I could not get it. The authorized dealer here (https://www.do-re.com.tr) could not find a solution either.
Could you please send me this part. I am ready to pay whatever the shipping cost is. I can even buy the RMC Polydrive IV Jack Card as a whole if you cannot provide only the screw nut. Please help me.
