La Fairmount CH Composer, faisant partie de la gamme Godin Acoustic, est absolument magnifique et facile à jouer! Elle possède une forme amincie et confortable de type CH, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les musiciens de musique folk et les auteurs-compositeurs. La guitare est en acajou et est dotée d’une finition lisse semi-lustrée. La table d’harmonie et le fond sont en acajou massif et ils sont complémtentés par des éclisses en acajou superposé. De son côté, le manche est également en acajou, ce qui permet à cette guitare de produire des sons riches et arrondis, tout en étant très bien équilibrés par la touche en Richlite, le chevalet en ébène et le diapason de 25,5 po (647.7 mm). Sans oublier, la Fairmount CH Composer est équipée du système LR Baggs pour des performances « plug-et-play » très pratiques. Naturellement, la Fairmount CH Composer est fabriquée ici même au Canada!

The sound is crisp and clear, with great projection.

Cons: very quiet with no projection and 6th string has barely any resonance. Most likely caused by over-bracing or too thick of a top. This problem isn’t found in the Yamaha Storia II or Sigma 000m-15 which are similar sizes and a fraction of the price of the Godin.

Pros: other than that, mids and high tones are beautiful and the guitar itself is very comfortable.

If Godin fixes the issue I have with this guitar, I’d give it a 5 star rating but because of the price being much higher, the disappointment resulted in taking a star off.

I live in AUstralia ive looked at purchasing two different acoustic guitars but it says these cant be purchased . I figure this is because i live in Aust and your in canada. Is there somewhere in Australia that distributes Godin guitars

Loving this guitar but the feedback can be a lot cutting out the high and low ends, and with that I am having a hard time finding a feedback buster that fits…dreadnoughts are too big and parlours are too small! Does the Godin one fit?

I just bought this from Long & Mcquade today & my goodness what an incredible guitar!! I’ve been looking at solid mahogany alternatives from Taylor and Martin that are 3x the price & seeing this in the store today I couldn’t not buy it. After 3 years of saving for my Solid Mahogany Guitar I finally have it & it’s just the best. The tone & playability stand out from the pack & like I said its 1/3 the price, absolutely incredible!! (Awesome to buy Canadian too)
