  1. Good!

  2. Hello. I bought a Multiac Grand Concert SA Natural HG guitar from you and I have a question for you. If I glue a thin transparent pickguard, how much will it affect the sound of the guitar?

  3. Hello,

Thank you for purchasing the Multiac Grand Concert SA Natural HG!

It is possible to attach a thin transparent pickguard to your guitar. However, please keep in mind that the top of the guitar plays a significant role in sound production. Even a thin layer, such as a pickguard, can affect the way the top vibrates, potentially altering the tone slightly. You might notice subtle changes in the guitar’s resonance, sustain, or responsiveness.

If you choose to proceed, make sure the pickguard is applied carefully with a non-permanent adhesive, in case you decide to remove it later. This will help minimize any long-term impact on the finish or tone.

Let us know if you have any further questions or need recommendations!

    Best regards,

  4. I bought a Grand Concert nearly 20 years ago and I still love everything about it. Especially the 2″ neck and the SA.

So, when are you going to build us a double-neck? Nylon string neck (full classical width nut of course) side-by-side with a standard width steel string neck. Such a guitar would sell like crazy to all of us acoustic players.

  5. This is the guitar I’ve been waiting for all my life. And this is before plugging it in. As an acoustic, it’s gorgeous to hear and silk to play. Plugging it in to a synth is insane — thogh I’m still trying how to make it sound like bagpipes. LOL.

  6. I just love this guitar! I have a problem though as the saddle on my 6th string broke. Is a replacement for it available?

  7. Hello,

I’m glad to hear you love your guitar! Regarding the broken 6th string saddle, you can get a replacement by contacting info@godinguitars.com. To speed up the process, include your guitar model, serial number (if available), and a clear photo of the broken part.

Let me know if you need further assistance!

  8. GODIN lo máximo

  9. My Godin Multiac Grand Concert SA, which is a great guitar, got white under the top finish around the edges. When I tried to get warranty service, Godin said it was a dealer responsibility. The dealer had gone out of business.

  10. Hi,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about the issue with your Multiac Grand Concert SA.

Just to clarify, we always honor our warranty when the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, regardless of the dealer’s situation.

If you are the original owner of the instrument, please contact us directly at info@godinguitars.com with your serial number, photos of the issue, and proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you.

    Thank you!
