Harkening back to the swing/gypsy jazz era, this versatile guitar bridges the gap between the aesthetics of yesterday and the needs of today’s players. This model comes loaded with custom LR Baggs electronics and a Seymour Duncan Lipstick neck pickup, along with top-mounted separate volume and tone controls. Other features include a solid Arched Spruce top and a dual-chambered Mahogany body. Lastly, the LR Baggs Lyric microphone can be blended to the sound source at any time. The Multiac Gypsy Jazz enables players to finally achieve authentic Gypsy Jazz tones at any volume.

rien à redire sur la conception . c’est une belle guitare. Son look moderne ne plait pas forcément aux puristes des guitares manouches que je suis amené à rencontrer. le choix des cordes et de l’ampli auquel elle sera associée à une importance indiscutable . C’est un instrument qu’il convient d’apprivoiser notamment si on souhaite mélanger le son du piezzo et du lipstick . La recherche du son adapté aux nombreux styles auxquels elle peut convenir (folk, manouche, flamenco, smooth Jazz, blues…) demande du temps et de la méthode..Ce n’est pas une guitare clé en main.
Je pense qu’elle est parfaite pour un musicien professionnel “multicarte”. Egalement pour un amateur d’un très bon niveau pour parvenir à en tirer toute sa quintessence.
