This came stock in my rustic burst solid mahogany folk and it’s the first UST that doesn’t have me wanting to tear it out of the guitar. I was surprised at how much it warmed the guitar up and made it sound fuller. Good match for the folk gtr. Running it into a good EQ works well, it is quite easy to dial it in to something actually quite musical and useable. Not a lot of quack. It’s still a UST, though, and the tell-tale piezo sound comes through, so it gets a 4/5. The guitar sounds especially good through the fishman loud box series. But, I run mine through a multi-fix with great eq and off to the PA.
